Really not happy with the grille on mine, I had to cut it to fit around the winch and make a hole to reach the plug for the handset and be able to use the clutch. The original grille's badge is just in the wrong place so you end up with a big hole or half a badge showing.....





So I just asked on here if anyone had a later grille I could chop up to fit, well, that very nice chap Rosco offered me a grille he had and then held me down and forced me to buy the rest of the front facelift.... Laughing Whistle Laughing

It's this one...




Hopefully the headlights will just bolt in with a few new fabricated brackets, then fill in the gap below them with a strip of steel welded to the bumper, cut the grille tighter and it will be the easiest facelift going.... Laughing Rolling Eyes

Going to build a removable tow bar for the rear as well and then get both bumpers Galvenised...

Anyone got the wiring diagram for the 2002 to 2006 facelift???

Just got to fix Deb's TT and sort the cats out on mine and i can start, I did plan on a respray soon but I gave it another mop and it didn't look too bad so that can wait a bit....... Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I've got the electrical library in PDF form for the pre 06 stuff. But I'm sure you've got it already, aren't there write ups on here detailing the steps? Or do they rely on buying harnesses / spending money? Whistle Ed

I might have at home the same stuff for the 2007 cars since I subscribed topix for a day and scraped all the pages I could. Might take a while to find out which hard-drive / get it booted since it was on Linux I did it. Ed
