Been looking at a couple of AB's which have the electric reclining rear seats (the ones with the controls on the door cards)

I seem to remember reading somewhere that these seats can't be folded down to increase the boot space.

Is that true, or did I just imagine it? (my wife says I do a lot of that these days!!)

I have those in mine and can fold the seats to turn it into a very expensive skip on runs to the local tip  "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."

Yes, they can fold down. If memory serves, there are release buttons in the boot area.

It's only the executive rear seats that don't fold - in the L322, I think they were only fitted to the Ultimate edition - basically makes the car a 4 seater with a big, fixed arm rest / centre unit

Not seen that one yet - might stop the kids from hitting each other.......

The ultimate is hard to see as the colours seem difficult to photograph -

I got my current one from Harwoods Edenbridge but used Crawley to service the previous one and they were good. Edenbridge service dept has been very good so far and will probably get my servicing revenue from now on.

When are you collecting yours and what spec? "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."
