I read your reply - looks like I am heading to HQ later this week with this information - its a long way BUT Brakes are Breaks and 2nd best will not suffice.

Lets put it this way - there's not much I don't know about the FF - The DS4 I've had the calipers off & bleed nips with no problems........... bled the brakes each year

The main reason is that the FF has these big Brembo calipers on and made of aluminum - so have stayed clear up to date -

last year I purchased NEW bleed nipples from LR and asked dealer to put these in - hence why this problem appeared.

Shall get to the bottom of this one - even if I have to buy new calipers - and get this ANTI SEIZE stuff that HAYLANDS is on about.
