very low miles is a plus point, looks clean.

If you want to negotiate, the back box and tips look shabby. If the tips are pitted and beyond a good polish you have to replace the entire back box, you can't just put the tips on, my LR dealer did this on mine when I bought it, so it's not a cheap fix.

I tried looking it up on totalcarcheck.com and for some reason it keeps breaking the page, whereas others work for me.

Anyone else tried?

It looks very nice.

For the quoted price, if only being offered with their standard 3 month warranty, I'd be expecting a lot longer warranty than that by, way of them showing me their confidence in the vehicle.

Are there 2 sets of headphones and a remote control for the rear seat entertainment/ DVD player (there should be)?

Is there a full size, matching spare alloy wheel?

Serviced up to 36k miles. But when was the last service done and have they been done every year regardless of the low miles?

If not seen already, read this:

Before you pay for an independent inspection if going down that route, you could first get them to put it on a ramp for you to have a good look. If anything looks wet (not rain from the road), as in leaks, then you could note or photograph such areas and seek advice before proceeding further. Could be nothing or could be something major. From someone who knows from bitter experience.

However, don't be put of by anything you read on this reply/ link. Just an awareness guide and if it helps you detect any issues, provided there appear to be no major ones, you might have some good points of leverage. For example, if there is any corrosion on the rear arches and/ or the bottom/ underside of the upper tailgate.
Thumbs Up

Just my 2pence worth, but I'm not sure a mileage that low is necessarily a good thing. It rather implies lots of short trips which can't be good for any car let alone one of these...? Either that or lots of time standing around being unused. Also not a particularly good thing.

It certainly seems to be very expensive and if the only justification is the mileage then I certainly wouldn't be going for it without a big discount on the screen price... 2010 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE

Good point...

My parents always bought low mileage cars, I always buy the cheapest I can find which usually means high miles.... They have had far more issues with their cars than I have over the last 35 years....

Condition is an issue but there are FF's about that do normal miles but have been loved.... Pete

I like low mileage but condition is more important and hiostory.

Mine has done 88k and is an 05 and has the same interior. I have a three year old and a second child due in August and the interior has held up well to the abuse so far.

cheers and enjoy Alex
