New member - quick intro

I've just signed up on here after lurking for a few months and wanted to say hello...

I'm a long time FFRR owner now on my second L405 bought new in November so MY16. I have the poverty spec Vogue model with the great engine..3.0V6 although would prefer to have the electronic damper control to keep it flat through the twisties!

Gets used for family trips or longer business journeys and towing our rib which it does very well. Thumbs Up
We live in the New Forest area so plenty of chances of long trips as we are miles from anywhere.

I hope to get some useful tips from here but also give my opinions too.

Well done Andy. I think I'll be lucky if I get into a L405 by 2020. ______________________________

Thanks but I'd rather be living in Brisbane with a L322 than the UK with a L405. I hate the weather in this country. Had every intention of moving there in 2007, in fact did most of the visa application then the recession came along and killed any chance of selling my house or my business so the plan went out the window. My two sons are too old to move now as they are well established at school and locally, still love to be there.

Welcome Andy

V6 is a great engine from what I hear.

Brisbane isn't a bad spot

I left the UK nearly 10 years ago and haven't really looked back ...

Nothing stopping you from visiting Aus tho, if you're ever in Sydney...... 2015 SDV8 Autobiography - Black, Cirrus, 22" Style 707 Wheels

Welcome. Thumbs Up

I wouldn't worry about a 'poverty spec' L405. They're ALL very nice cars.
