Day 2 of Range Rover SC (06) ownership and boy what a car....
I've came from a BMW 740D MSport so things are a bit different especially the view.. 😜

A couple of niggles as expected with every 2nd hand car...
Vent illumination is only working on one of the vents. Is this a common issue ? I'm assuming it's an easy but laborious fix ?
The drivers side step is absolutely rotten 😫
Rear near side window is non responsive to rear switch and drivers switch. I can hear a relay or control module clicking somewhere on the left of the car. Plan is to remove the door card and have a butchers.
Had a very brief flicker of the airbag warning light on the dash. It's been on 4 or 5 times... For anywhere up to a minute.
I've looked under the passenger seat having had similar problems on a previous 7 series and the cables are all hanging loose. Will give it a tidy up and see if that resolves it.

Chuffed to bits to have stumbled onto this forum as I was an avid forum user for my previous cars ☺️

I've got the same issue with the rear drivers door window not working (oddly enough in summer is sometimes works), the click comes from the body control unit under the front passenger seat. I think it could be the motor module for the door that needs replacing (glass out job) but have heard another option is a faulty BCU, so far I have not had the time to investigate further. Tom

I have the same car and the centre vents should both illuminate. The side ones are mute.

One of my middle ones does not work. I think it's the passenger side.

I spoke with the stealer to get a bulb and they don't do them separately. Complete centre unit at circa £300. No thanks. I'll live with the darkness!!

I've not tried to source just the bulb yet. Powerful UK site has an instruction video to remove the centre vents to get to the bulb. 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged

I have the same car and same year (and same colour)
My airbag warning light did flicker on and off for a while , then stayed on
turned out to need a new air bag sensor
got it fixed at a local indy who seems to be quite good, because i didn't fancy disconnecting airbags etc, to do it myself

So... Stripped off the door card hoping for a nice simple cheap fix..
Figured someone else had been in before me as the screws had signs of being undone previously....
Only to find this !!
