Main beam bulbs

Recently changed to 6000k dipped beam bulbs, I have read a few threads but not sure what size bulbs I need to upgrade the main beam ( flash) is it H1 ? 2003 td6

Thumbs Up is it best to stick to 55w as reading some threads it is said 100w might start melting things?

white type h7 bulbs can be found on ebay for as cheap as £8 a pair..i've had these type in mine for years and i've had no problems..

dont go bigger than 55 watt as anything else will melt the lens.. ... - .- -.
