Evoque Convertiable

I was driving home from work last night on the M56 near the airport and a 65 plate white Range Rover Evoque Convertible pulled up next to me with its roof down. It had prototype vehicle written on the front and back. To be honest it looks really nice I was really impressed with the look of it!

Well, the main reason must be to extract money from LR customers...! I don't think the world needs it. Graham

I like the look of them. But I saw Autocar give it only 3.5 stars, which is a lot less than any other modern Land Rover. I hope they haven't messed it up.

Germany 2012 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Santorini Black

Had the pleasure of seeing one of the prototypes at the boat show in january where it was exhibited between some big ( and I mean big!) motoryachts ( Sunseeker)

it was standing next to a Jag F-Pace. Both were very nice cars, and especially the Evoque convertible
was roomier inside than anticipated. Even with the roof closed.
It really was a nice vehicle and I positivel could think of getting one, if not the expected customers over here would be soccer wifes and maybe some left alone dentist wifes... so being seen in one could proof being disadvantageous - if you understand.... Mr. Green

Anyway, both the covertible and the F Pace were nicely made vehicles and both will be a success. I am sure.

And to be perfectly honest about the Evoque Convertible: isn't this the Landrover Story coming back to its beginnings? After all, the series 1 was an open 4x4 from the start.

I don't have a Series 1 though, but you get the message.... Thumbs Up
