Few years ago I had an argument with a cyclist - part of a group who'd stopped near where my Discovery was parked. My alarm went off and one of them made some snide comment about gas guzzlers and the environment. As it happens we do some work on landfill sites where a 4 x 4 is necessary. I marched up to him and told him what a pr*ck he was and the day he stopped putting rubbish in a bin that went to landfill would be the day I apologized to him for having a 'gas guzzler'. I think he was a bit shocked and one of his mates came over and tried to say it was all a bit of banter. To which I responded he was still a pr*ck. I thought my mate was going to pee himself laughing.
