Scotland 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Barolo Black

I wouldn't say I'm heave footed but My 5.0 SC struggles to break 16mpg unless I'm doing a lot of motorway driving.

lol you know what i meant, i have driven the 4.4 and its great i had one as a car from work for 3 weeks and its the reason i bought a FFRR, but after driving the SC theres no choice for me. The 4.4 has so much torque thats amazing but i don't like the turbo lag and the small usable rev range, personally i prefer petrol engines and i suffer the mpg for that.

Tag! Welcome back Laughing

I had the SC and loved it, I was averaging 15 mpg but did see more on the motorway.

Good luck and I hope you find a great one Thumbs Up

I would say the low milage has hiked the price a bit on that one. Nice looking car though, have a look at the MoT history on the car to see how it fares at its last few tests, should give you an indication of the general condition mechanically!

Having had both the 3.6 and 4.4, if you can stretch to a 4.4 the difference is quite significant. The 3.6 is a great engine, but the 4.4 bolted on to the 8sp box is much better!

I would reckon the difference between the 4.4 diesel and the 4.2 sc would be minimal performance wise, but the 4.4 would only drink about 2/3 of the fuel! It depends on your attitude to milage and budget though Thumbs Up There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Looks very expensive to me - for your budget you should surely at least be looking at a 2010 model year 3.6 - so many improvements and much more 'current' looking Thumbs Up

Isn't there a point when a mileage is 'so low' that it's actually not 'good for the car' to have done so few miles - like this one ?

sold anyway, so missed that one..... 2010 would be good but not sure i would be able to find one for that sort of cash.... i suppose would be happy with mileage up to 12k per annum, so 60000 miles for a five year old....

anyone know of one?

Would be happy with either of those if they had the hatch and the tow bar..... Can't see the tow bar but will email the.m anyway..... I really need the tow bar and retrofit if circa £600 if you do the work yourself....

This one has to be one of the cheapest 4.4 TDV8's but it has done 107k.
