Opinions on non-OEM wheels?

I use my RR off-road and I've scratched every panel and wheel, which I don't really care about since I bought it to use it.

However. I need one set of extra wheels and I'm looking at replica wheels that costs around 600 GBP per set of four.

In general how are replica non-OEM wheels on a Range Rover? My concern is the weight on the car. I do realize there are both good and bad non-OEM wheels, but in general? Range Rover SV Autobiography LWB 5.0 S/C -17

Depends who makes them? Dodgy ground though! Italian copies are MUCH stronger than Chinese fakes!

But of course neither will give you the piece of mind a genuine wheel will sir Whistle Thumbs Up

In this instance, the adage, you only get what you pay for springs to minds and £600 for four brand new wheels is very, very cheap. I would be extremely cautious about spending so little on something that, if it breaks at the wrong time, things could go seriously wrong very quickly.

Wheels, tyres and brakes should never be bought cheap……..this is not the same as picking up an expensive set in a sale, if that makes sense.

If you don't care too much about their condition, then there are loads of used genuine wheels about - some of them straight from new cars.

You can probably pick up 4 genuine 20" wheels for under £600.....
