Check faults, clear faults, go for a drive... then check faults again!

Be careful, I lost my Bluetooth and phone and still haven't been able to work out what the correct settings should be!!! Says it makes a back-up but mine didn't or at least didn't include all the settings. There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

Hi All. In respect of the basic IID Tool can it be used to reprogramme TPMS, i.e I have another set of wheels that I have put on, and I have each sensors ID. If not which version of the IID would be capable of doing this? Thanks |

New set of TPMS valves with automatically code themselves to the vehicle within a couple of miles driving (or at least the do for L322 versions!)

Hi Martin, nah unfortunately they don't as I did three hundred miles yesterday with my new wheels and tryes and TPMS, if they are new sensors to the vehicle, you have to reprogramme the vehicle with the IDs of the new TPMS sensors. I spoke to the local dealership who spun me a yarn about having to remove all of the tyres to get the IDs, however further research has given me great insight and TPMS scanners are used instead as the local tyre did for me this morning and for free.
