Funny you should say that because my employer moves in very hi money circles in that sort of area and I accompany him on a variety of dealings sometimes in a 'minding' capacity and let me say ive seen less snow at St Moritz than most of the parties and lunches ive accompanied him on, some which have included high flyers in the city, some very well known, so yes there are a lot of dealers in any high end area of london. One day your life will flash before your eyes......................................make sure yours is worth watching!
