Siemens aerial

Hi all. Changed side lights bulbs to match Xenons today and on removing grill I found an antenna from a tracker , ok didn't know it had one fitted buteft well alone. On removing drivers side headlamp there was a Siemens aerial???? hanging loose

Question is , what's this for and where should it be bolted / screwed to please ?

Interesting but on my old L322 I found the tracker unit (that i did;t know existed) under the rear right cubby box where the rear fuse board is. Have a check in there and you may find the main eco unit as well.....
