I don't like the black wheels and i think i will get them resprayed for summer.

That's a tough one , I love black wheels, but sometimes they look pish! Change the colour , easy to change back !

Just keep them for winter & use the diamond cut ones for summer

Black on black can often look too much, but they look good on this. If you put silver on the wheels, you'll then need to do the door 'vents'  Is this where I put the car details and a bit about myself ?........

If it was listed as silver sparkle on topic then that is what it would have come with, the wheels were probably refinished in black by an aftermarket refurbisher as soon an the car was delivered as its much much cheaper than specifying them as an option, but you get the same result! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
