Hi Guys. Do you have any record of the Land Rover part number for the vents, as my local dealer is giving me a hard time requiring a chassis number for a parts search!! FFRR user since 1974. RR No. 10 (2021MY P525 AB delivered Nov 2020) Gone. No 11. P550e AB MY2024 delivered June 2024 |

Had a look at Microcat but seems to require a software download and install to run. Don't feel happy about downloading anything from Russia to install on my PC!! FFRR user since 1974. RR No. 10 (2021MY P525 AB delivered Nov 2020) Gone. No 11. P550e AB MY2024 delivered June 2024 |

Thanks for the update. I note the kit includes a number of components I wouldn't want to change, so it seems a bit "over the top" to buy the whole kit. However, dependent on what the official landrover part costs the whole kit may be the sensible option. I have seen another aftermarket supplier offering completely chromed vents, but that may complicate the repainting to the body colour of my new car. FFRR user since 1974. Update. Been into my local JLR dealer parts department today with photographs of vents and actual SV Autobiography (Mar 2015 launch) vehicle (They needed a pic to understand what I was talking about). After some time they found them on their system, but advised that parts are not yet available for them to place an order. Only 18 months after launch??? Pity you, if your SVA got side swiped and was unrepairable because parts JLR used to build it were "not yet available"!! Oh, they were able to quote me a price for the "unavailable" part - £280 per side!! I asked the parts guy to give me the part numbers. He said he wasn't allowed to give out that information. Come on JLR, we know you operate like a monopoly, but this anti-competitive behaviour is completely unacceptable in this day and age. FFRR user since 1974. As I understand it, you can only order them if you have an SVA chassis number. And LR will want the damaged ones that you are replacing back from the dealer too.
