Does the low range physically work as it should without errors appearing when you select it each time?

Could just be as simple as a sezied transfer motor, not unknown if cycled to keep moving Current vehicles

Or if there is a fault perhaps someone disconnected the low range switch hence it doing nothing.

Have you tried getting the codes cleared and the checking a day later to see if they have returned?
