We've decided to replace our 55 plate SE which we've happily owned for 6yrs.

It's a 3.6 Diesel so should have a timed climate heater as standard which I'm sure is a daily set up on the dash. I really wanted a pre heater as we've had one one our current car and it's a great feature to just press the fob when you get up and get in a warm car after you are dressed.

Yes it is. I had it as standard on my AB but the disco I had before that had the timed climate but I wanted the key fob to do it from inside the house when I fancied going out. The dealer did it for me for £70.00 |

Just needs the right receiver (if it wasn't fitted and the remote has just been lost) this will fit in the boot area and plug into a ready wired plug. I did the same mod on my Disco. The Dealer should be able to carry out the modification with ease. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
