Today I finally fitted my replacement turbo to the TD6 (Thanks Dan).
Here is a little tip for those who maybe putting it off as a big job,
Their is no need to strip down half the top end of the engine.
When you remove the air cleaner top cover you'll find when you remove the air filter three rubber grommets in the base of the air filter housing, these allow you access to the top three bolts that hold the turbo on.
Under the grommets is a metal plate (pictured) that you just press out of the bottom of the air filter housing.
Do this, drop of the exhaust complete, and it's a couple of hours to remove and replace the turbo.
In summary, top cover off air filter housing, drop exhaust and air/oil feed pipes.
Hope this helps someone. :)
