Had my 05MY TD6 (with touchscreen sat-nav) serviced last week. When, they reset the service indicator, they've somehow changed the temperature display on the dashboard from degrees celsius to fahrenheit.

I've been into the sat-nav settings and it's set to celsius...but the sat-nav display now shows 42 degrees CELSIUS...where the dash display shows 42 degrees FAHRENHEIT.

I guess that they've screwed something up when they've done the reset, but the question now is...how do I get the dash display back to degrees celsius?

Changing the settings on the sat-nav display has no effect!! So is there a way to do it without a diagnostics tool?

Any help would be much appreciated, am trying to retrieve my info on the codes and button sequences from Bimmernav, but not had any luck so far.

Here's hoping you guru's out there have the answers!!

What about just asking the people that serviced it to put it back to how it was before they touched it?? Previously..

Had thought of that, but it's a case of getting the time. I can't get back to them till friday...and would rather be able to sort it myself if possible, then next time I use them I've got a bartering chip up my sleeve...

Try this :

With the ignition key in position 1, press and hold the trip odometer reset button. While holding the button in, turn the key to position 0. This changes the temp display on the A/C and the exterior temp display. Land Rover Addict
