Front brake caliper sticking

My front offside caliper is sticking and has worn the pads right down. I managed to get the piston back using a G clamp and fitted new pads yesterday but the wheel is still getting warm.

I've priced up a s/ex caliper and they're running at about £85 each. I've just seen a pair of remanufactured ones for an X5 for £87 for the pair.
Are they the same? Photo in the ad suggests they are

Thank you

not got the best reputation for some parts, but island 4x4 have, so I can't see them not working... it really depends on how long you intend to keep the car, a few years you should be right, but if it's a long term affair then it might be better to go for something better. I'm sure that someone will enlighten us as to the life expectancy of these calipers Thumbs Up Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

If you have alternative means of transport and can have the RR off the road for a week or so I have found it to be more economical to have your originally calipers remanufactured, I use bigred in Worcester.
