RIP TDV8 TY LR

A month ago I lost my RR in an accident. I ended in a small bush after going through a 4 meter lower bank and then took a large number of trees between 10 and 20cm diameter on the nose. And although it were massive impacts I got out of the Range safe and sound.

Thank you Land Rover!

I was completely blinded by the lights of a car in the opposite direction. At the same time the car in front of me braked very hard. I wanted to avoid it by pulling to the right side of the road. And the rest is history.

The Range was hit on every panel or door except the upper and lower tailgate. The nose and windshield were completely gone but the engine still worked and the radiators were not broken. One wishbone and one tire were gone, rest was OK.

Airbags didn't went off. All doors opened and closed without any problem. The structure was 100% intact.

As my sources are limited, I'm waiting on the calculations of the insurance before I decide for L405. In the meanwhile I drive my lovely Defender. 2017 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 silicon silver

I'm glad you're OK, but it's sad to see your FF probably beyond repair. Si. <This is my name.
