Insurance Survey - which one for best deals?

I was wondering if people could help here with obtaining the best insurance deal:

1). Who did you insure with ?

2). Did they require a tracker?

3). Did they recognize Land Rover InControl Secure Tracker (Cat 6) ?

Thank you in advance to all those who replied.

I went with NFU Mutual. I thought they were a good deal and have a pretty good reputation i believe.

Almost impossible to get a worthwhile comparison. They seem to make the rules up as they go along.
Example - Directline (owned by RBS at the time) wouldn't touch my without a tracker. Called Admiral (also owned by RBS at the time), no need for a tracker Rolling Eyes Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

Just finished policy with the AA, their renewal was a ridiculous increase to just under £800 pa, no claims for over 10 years FFS. Did a comparison & went with Hastings , round about £380 all in.

RBS did own Direct Line Group which also includes the Churchill, Privilege and Green Flag brands.

RBS have never owned or had any links to Admiral.

So that's probably why there was a difference. Thumbs Up 2006 4.2 SC

I have found that the comparison sites are often rigged. They don't necessarily give the best deals, and put the companies who offer them the most commissions and kick back at the top of the list. Hence my reason for posting this e-mail.

Going direct will get you best deal, but only if they don't have your details from the comparison websites.
