i see also, that they took the time to add an oil drum full of concrete to the front, to stop it bobbing back up again, and become a floating hazard!

They've probably done it for divers to have something to look at. The oil drum will be a marker buoy.

i wish they had shown the picture taken just as it went below, and the massive splash that soaks those guys on the deck, and another seconds after that, looking at their hats floating away....
