What make is the entertainment/ head unit on a 2012MY for music etc please?

I'm asking as part of my troubleshooting to get a Tune2Air Bluetooth device to work.

I recall the actual touch screen is made by Navteq but the main audio components are Harmon Kardon.

Thanks Dom, reason I asked was on the tune2air website there is some reference to a known issue and fix around Clarion systems.

Just had my 2011 screen replaced Stan and the box it came in had Navteq references in the paperwork. Not sure if that refers to the navigation functions though.

But how much of the streaming audio stuff is controlled by it might be another issue. I would imagine that's more to do with the actual bluetooth unit possibly. Maybe that unit needs a firmware update. In my (tiny) mind I have this illusion that the touch screen is kind of like the Pre-Amp in a home hi-fi setup, i.e. it controls the input selection but doesn't do any of the actual processing.

shame you didnt have the box the new unit came in Dom, it would have mentioned the make on there i should imagine..

i agree the nav screen is a kind of remote for the electronics in the boot ... ... - .- -.
