I've noticed that the Message Centre is missing more pixels that before. I've only owned it a month so it is going bad quickly. The warranty has a get out clause saying it does no cover in cabin electrical items. I will be claiming that it is a major part of the vehicle without which you can not read the milometer. What do you guys think ? |

I've found a while you wait service for £170 with remove and refit. Lot cheaper if I send it off but the FF is my daily driver and I need it for work.

My warranty covered mine, after I explained that without being able to read it I might miss low oil, engine overheating etc which are pretty serious.

I will try as you say it is a major part of the vehicle not just an add on.

Check you can get low box as well, that can stop with lack of use... (and then select it once a month to keep it working)

Yes only 15-20 minutes away. I'm coming up to retirement, have done all my home servicing for over 40 years, just getting a little long in the tooth for some jobs now, still grates paying for something that I could do. |

Booked in for 2 weeks time, insurance will pay the electronics direct. What could be the only draw back is the place is in Portsmouth, however I need to go the Isle of Wight - two birds with one stone! |

All sorted and nowt to pay out of my wallet, save for the Isle of Wight ferry and B&B plus fuel.
