I'm after a Near Side (Passenger) rear light unit for a 2010 L322 please.

One with a broken lense would do fine, as I luckily have 2 spare outer lenses I can put onto a damaged light.

I'm after a back left 2010 LED light, ideally one with a broken lense as I have x2 lenses I can fit to the unit. If there's no broken one's, then a good one would be ok!

How have you got two lenses Josh? They are not available separately!

A friend of mine manufactures plastic items, industrially. I asked him to take a look at a lamp unit. He had it taken apart and lenses moulded and made. They're a perfect fit, it even has the correct black edge for the later 2010 lights.
I'm going to try and find a 2010+ headlight with a broken lense and see if he can do something with that aswell.

I presume you are looking for the grey insert light and not the black one? If the latter then I have a brand new and unused JLR N/S rear 2012 LED light that I don't need now.

I'm seeing him tonight. I spoke to him on the phone earlier, and he'd be happy to start manufacturing the parts.

He'll see me tonight and give me ideas on prices. I would need damaged lights, or complete one's for him to make moulds from. But initially he was saying rear lenses would probably cost him £15 for both.

The one's he's done for me have always been free, but he's happy to keep costs down and see what plan we can come up with

Well I'd have some... could you ask him if he could make them out of thicker plastic, the originals are silly thin, twice as thick and they would be much better plus I doubt you would notice the added thickness from the outside...  Pete
