I wondered if on the Land Rover line they all stood there complaining

I couldn't figure out on the paint line how they manage to paint some roofs a different colour without masking up the body work or vice versa. Must be possible and quite simple but it just didn't show. Agueroooooooooo. 93-20

I was laughing at the part where they were listening for rattles and removing them. Land Rover might want to do a bit of that

I got to say I was impressed with the mini ethos & to be fair we have bought new mini products & they have been faultless

An interesting insight into the process used to manufacture the Mini, the logistics of the process must have been a nightmare to bring together. I thought James May made a total prat of himself, just about every time he tried to fit a part he made a hash of it, the guys on the production line must have been cringing and laughing at the same time. Glad my car wan't coming off the line the days they were recording

May and Humble need a pay rise to buy new clothes. Standards are dropping on BBC 2.

I was laughing loads at JM though. Every time the camera was on him he either ballsed it up or got in someone's way. And it's so obvious he can't think quickly enough for live TV.

But, overall I was impressed with how they put the things together. Properly well built bits of kit. I think I'd buy one if I had a need for such a car, certainly I'd prefer a Mini to any of the Japanese or European equivalents, possibly excepting the FIAT 500.
