NO RADIO, NO CD, FROZEN SCREEN - HELP!!

Hi all
I'm new to this forum but joined because of the various posts I've ready from members giving excellent assistance to others.
As a first time RR Sport owner, I'm loving the truck.
However, first problem today which I am completely baffled by.
I was on a bluetooth call earlier today and without warning the call died.
However, not only did the call die but so did the radio, the CD and the info screen.
GPS still works, not sure how, but that's a different screen anyway.
The smaller lower screen is now frozen and shows only a phone symbol to suggest I'm still on a call. I'm not!!
I've ready through various posts on this and it's not such a common problem. Some people have left the car locked for an hour or 2 and returned to find everything is working again. Others have paid huge amounts with varying degrees of success.
I've read about the MOST loom and the various ECU's for each element of the infotainment system. I should say here that I am in no way technical.
Has this happened to anyone else out there and if so, did you resolve the issue? If so, HOW??
Is it one of the fuses? ECU's? How do you diagnose the problem? Can it be diagnosed?
So many questions, no clue as to an answer.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

If it was a FFRR I would say check the Bluetooth module for water ingress... But it's not, it's a truck.. Whistle Previously..

Hi all
Firstly thanks to all members who have provided advice in relation to my post.
So, this is what happened .......
I left the car locked for pretty much 2 days.
Yesterday, I go to do the hard reset. Put the key in the ignition first, to see if it might have reset itself.
Nothing, absolutely nothing. Wouldn't start or even turn over.
Pointless doing a hard reset if there's no battery.
I got it boost started and let it idle for 10-15 minutes.
Battery accepted the charge, no problem. While it was charging, back comes the radio and CD, working perfectly.
The phone symbol on the screen had even disappeared.
Took it for a 20 minute run, locked it up and it turned over first time this morning, no problem.
So, something drew so much power from the battery it drained it.
My guess is the Bluetooth module. The fact that the screen was showing the phone symbol with a "1" next to it suggests that it thought I was still on a call and maybe that was drawing the power.
I haven't tried using the bluetooth yet but will get the module checked out next service.
No fault codes are showing though, so I can only put this down to a glitch somewhere in the system, probably with the BT module.
All very odd.
I'm guessing that the hard reset might have worked if the battery had power.
Again, thanks to all on this forum. I have also posted this on the RRSPORT forum, cheers.
