Hi Ziggy, that would only work if the AC compressor is driven electrically and not mechanically of the engine or if the engine is running (i.e. remote starting). I'm not aware that the functionality is there anyway, pretty sure not but wouldn't it be great in warm places or on warm days to have a bit of cooling before you get in.

The FBH does double as a ventilator though. I used to use the timed climate to bring on the fans 10 minutes before I left work. It just uses the heater fans to ventilate the car. Not perfect but much better than raging hot if it was sat in the sun. |

Yes, in the summer it operates as remote/timed ventilation. Just takes the edge off the temperature.

That's a double edged sword. My humble Skoda Superb has it and it does work well. But it also means a new blower motor every 2 years. |

I think the cut off ambient temp is 15 degrees for heating. higher than that it will ventilate via the remote. 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

I have used it a few times but frankly when the car has stood out in the sun at 43 degrees all day it makes sod all difference 2008 MY Supercharged

You can walk up to the car and hold the unlock button... After 3 seconds or so it opens the windows and sunroof until you let go of the button sir...
