up grade side lamps

I want to change the standard "side light" bulbs to LED ones, can anyone recommend what to use without freaking the electrics.

Basically the problem is the LED bulbs are very low resistance, so the car thinks they are blown as it can't detect the resistance.

What you need is CanBus compatible ones - they will have some additional resistance built in to keep the detection system happy.

There should be plenty on the bay.

This link covers most external LED main bulb upgrades. All error free, smart, effective and reliable bulbs as I've tried them.
