They don't turn themselves back on after a power cut, just something to be aware of it you intend to use one to condition a car battery over the winter Smile

This is a big negative if you leave the car for long periods when nobody is around, especially when the power cut happens a couple of days into 3 months Sad I now have a couple of C-Teks which revert to whatever operating mode they were in before the power cut. 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged

For the day when I am feeling lucky, that trolley jack looks a better bet than the LR Scissor jack Howard

Scotland 2014 Range Rover Vogue SDV6 Santorini Black

Unexpectedly drove past a LIDL today and called in. Bought trolley jack, mini compressor and the smart looking hands free blue tooth device. Happy with these little gadgets, just hope the mini compressor actually works! Mr. Green Thumbs Up

They also had a larger compressor at £79.99 I think it was and I'm kicking myself for not buying it! Rolling Eyes

I can vouch for the Bluetooth device and also the air compressor. Both very good value for money.

Used the sturdy little air compressor today to check and top up the 4 RR tyres before a long journey. The compressor really does feel well made and so much less hassle than driving to a filling station.

Not tried the Trolley jack yet. Still in the box but I'm expecting it to be decent as these LIDL, Aldi/ Workzone products etc really do always seem like cracking DIY value for money.

Also bought a Workzone 5W COB LED Worklight today from Aldi. £4.99 for 350 Lumens of light, magnet on the back, swivel hook for hanging, supplied with 3 xAA batteries and the strength of the light is just brilliant.

Liking my wee bargain gadgets Laughing Thumbs Up

I saw this bottle jack in Lidl today @ £11.99. Am I right in saying that it will not jack the car high enough?

You have to fess up....

How do us mere mortals rotate our uploaded pictures? Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

He who dies with the most toys wins...
