Apple Watch and Bluetooth phone pairing

Has anyone got the Apple Watch and also use their iPhone paired to the FFRR hands Free?

Wondering if the watch causes any issues with the phone pairing when getting in the car .

Also if the phone remains paired to the car does the watch disconnect from the iPhone? CURRENT : FFRR 2012 4.4 TDV8

I have the Apple Watch and have not noticed any difference in the FFRR or any other car.
