My 2010 is like this too - only get air out of the main vents when manually selected

They ended up replacing the HEVAC mudule as they say on mine that was faulty. The issue on mine would happen after 25 minutes or so of driving. 2011 5.0SC Santorini Black

they test drove with the diagnostics plugged in over several days, the service lead, took the car home with him a few times as te problem was so temperamental. so the need to be patient. 2011 5.0SC Santorini Black

Mine did this, the Themistor is behind the small vent next to the direction buttons. I bought an air duster can (compressed air in a can) and blew the dust out. Was much better after👍 There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
