Seen an autobiography I like but is it overpriced?

Really like this car, originally wanted a 4.4 however, will a 3.6 remapped be as good as a 4.4 ? Would you say this is priced right or is it priced to high? Is the perfect spec I'm after and my favourite wheels.

Does look nice but not sure the interior wood choice will be the best for resale.

Others may know better but I think its a bit pricey. Well into 4.4 private sale territory for that money. Thumbs Up 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

Is such a shame it's not a 4.4 as have everything I want (electric steps, rse, rare reclining rear seats,my fav alloy style) I personally love the wood trim but understand it won't be to everyone's taste..maybe I need to drive a 4.4 and a 3.6 to see for myself, are we talking a bit better? Or alot better?

a LOT better. you must drive a 4.4 to appreciate the difference! smooth, responsive and the 8speed box makes a big difference.

Drove my mates 3.6 for a couple of weeks before I drove a 4.4 (he was on hols) and have to say they are a world apart.

I opted to go for a lower mileage, better condition 3.6 VSE from a respected dealer (Gary Elliott) rather than try to "squeeze" a higher mileage, lesser condition, 4.4 Vogue out of my budget - I have no regrets whatsoever Thumbs Up

It's very smooth, sounds great and is plenty quick enough for me - from everything I read, I accept the positives of the 8 speed, but you spend you money and take your choice Thumbs Up

Had both.
3.6 is great.
4.4 is better.

You won't be dissappointed with a 3.6........just don't drive a 4.4 for a few years! The box is very good, not there is anything wrong with the 6 speed the 8 speed is just smoother, the engine is also stronger though some of the difference in performance comes from the better spaced ratios in the 8sp.

Arguably most of the faults with the 3.6 are a known quantity also, where as the 4.4 though not a new engine and seemingly more robust just hasn't been around as long to have things break!

Pays your money takes your choice, though there is also a 4.4 may be more desirable come sale time. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

That leather and wood would be my first choice to be honest. I was looking for the cherry wood when I was looking for mine, but it had the walnut.

Which wood is that one ?

Thanks for the advice guys, I think I will go and have a look at the 3.6 as its local to me. He's had it a while so might be will to budge a bit on price.
