Where best to head for servicing my FF from SW London?

LPR gets good service reviews - is that info still up to date though?

Lookers Battersea is on my doorstep, but I've heard nothing about them (good or bad). Any views?

And finally I've found an Indy in N London - Tufnell Park - called North One which I could get to at a push. Anyone know anything about them?

Lookers - dreadful
LPR - not great
North One - OK
JLR, Herne Hill - excellent
Guy Salmon, TD - take a fat wallet but reasonable lead time!
Guava (Guildford) - excellent
Hunters (Guildford) - best parts supplier, have huge selection on the shelf RR 3.6 TDV8 Vogue SE

I can confirm Lookers is absolutely dreadful - possibly the worst customer service I have seen. I will now be going to RR London.

1, I purchased mine from Lookers- Bishops Stortfod, Wouldn't buy from the same sale person again, car had quite a few issues but to be fair, they may not have noticed them until you give the car a proper drive. All fixed now.
2, car is currently with Lookers PR for brake Hose recall, a couple of unforeseen issues have arisen, they are managing expectations and have provided a car whilst problem being fixed.

Overall i feel that Lookers have a "communication" issue where they need to be chased for updates or outstanding information.
Having said that, i would buy from them again- the MD graciously offered me my next service to be free and an additional year extended warranty, to compensate for the issues. I think that was more than fair of them. I think dealing with them i know what to expect and am confident that problsms will be fixed.
