More precisely its above where the rear number clips under the bottom of the wing, right behind the wheel. Hopefully the photos show it better. Is this a usual place for rust? It's on the drivers side, passenger s8de is fine. Its regularly washes and hosed in the wheel arches and I was really surprised to find it today - and I'm 99.9% sure it wasn't there six weeks ago!!

Next job on my 2002 car is to sort out the rear arches, it's just starting to bubble through. |

I've checked tailgate, wheel arches and sills and all seem sound. Just this one patch!! Will have to pay a visit to local body repairers and get it sorted properly me thinks. On my father in laws RR Classic, that rear wing is bolt on aluminium! 'Spose that's progress for you! |
