Me Again!

I have a bust speaker in the passenger door. I have removed the Door Card but I cannot access the speaker it seems to be concealed by the grille on the front and surrounded by the door card in the back. There appears to be holes full of melted plastic.

I'm hoping I don't have to do anything with them. It is a MY2010 Autobiography.

It's all one unit, I had to replace the whole door card £750+vat. The door card comes built to order with all the switch gear, grills and speakers fitted.

That mental! I am have drilled the Plastic Welds out that I need to to get access. I have a replacement speaker so just need to re attach everything. A bit of plastic welding! Should interesting. I'll let you know how it goes but I will be happier to keep it toward the £20 cost for the speaker!

Fair play, my grill was smashed and was moulded into the rear door card so couldnt replace it without damaging the leather. 2010 - Range Rover VSE 3.6 TDV8

Managed to get it sorted! £20 speaker from eBay, door card off, drilled the welds out, replace speaker, Soldering Iron out and re-welded (not as pretty as the original but is strong).

Door Card back on and works a treat!

Is this the door speaker about knee height as mines gone, I can find a HK speaker just wondered if it comes out from the front or the usual back ? Many thanks
