My right hand airbag on the suspension is hissing and according to my mechanic is the cause of the fault I was getting re the suspension locking itself in normal road height (ie not the compressor) - I have read on here that the best thing to do is replace BOTH struts at the same time so I am going to have to bite the bullet and do that I've also heard that the Delphi ones are the ones to go for so could anyone advise me the best place to buy them and get them delivered to Northern Ireland? or has anyone have a set they may have bought and never got around to fitting? (worth a try!)

Hi Brian, island 4x4 in kent you won't beat em.

Second Island 4x4 - I recently replaced both of mine and they couldn't be bettered. They could supply both inc VAT cheaper than the stealers would supply one ex VAT.

Keith @ Challenger 4x4 couldn't even source them cheaper via the trade route (he got close but didn't quite beat them). Ed

Cheers - ordered them this morning delivery was reasonable (sometimes people wont even deliver to us!) I was quoted by one company £120 for delivery and that was not even next day! Island charged me about £20 on their on-line order system so no complaints there. total was just under £500 for both (Delphi units) delivery and the dreaded vat. fleabay came close but was asking too much for delivery as well (£80)

Next up fitting and the MOT (and trying to explain to somebody why the credit card payments just went up again)
