[sold] SOLD 2009 RR 3.6 TDV8 46500 miles. £22995 SOLD

I am offering for sale my 2009 Range Rover Vogue, 3.6 TDV8 Auto with 46500 miles. It is finished in silver with a black leather interior and has rear privacy glass.
First registered on 15 June 2009, the original owner had it on a contract hire and replaced it after three years. I bought it in August 2012 from a dealer in Surrey. I have a new one being delivered in September which is the reason I am selling it.
It has a new MOT, valid until 6 August 2016, with no advisories.
It has a comprehensive spec including touch screen satnav, Bluetooth phone connectivity, voice recognition, front TV, 6 CD autochanger, Harman Kardon speakers, cruise control, access height control, folding mirrors, heated seats, full aircon, electrically adjustable steering column, electrically adjusted seats with memory, electric windows, electric sunroof, heated multi function steering wheel, heated seats, heated windscreen, power steering, ABS braking, 6 speed auto box with sport option, front and rear parking sensors, reversing camera, rain sensing wipers, auto headlamps, alarm, airbags, auxiliary power sockets, Hill Descent system and the full Terrain Response system for off road driving.
I fitted two new Pirelli Scorpion Zeros in June 2013 and two more in March 2014 so the tyres have plenty of life left in them.
The car has a comprehensive service history and was last serviced on 17 November 2014 by main dealer Stratstone.
Since I have owned it, I have replaced the starter motor after it developed an intermittent fault. I also had a linkage replaced on the gear lever as well as a broken parking sensor. Apart from these minor issues, it has never put a foot wrong. I have never taken it off road and am fairly confident that the previous owner didn’t either. All 2006-2012 Range Rovers were subject to a recall in August 2016 for a possible problem with front brake hoses. These have now been replaced by Stratstone and this is fully documented in the car history.
It is currently under Prestige level extended warranty with Car Protect. This can be transferred to a new owner at an ongoing cost of £37.95 per month.
