I cant comment on if they are any good at deflecting wind, but have just taken some off my new car which I am selling on Fleabay. They seem to do the job and the land rover ones seem easy to fit (or they were to take off!!!)

mod edit, please read the forum selling and listing rules,

I had them on a little Fiat i had for a while, they were really good, i could leave it parked at work with the windows open a crack, if it rained no problem.

I tried some on my X-type but they seemed to create wind noise, but then it was basically silent without them.

Not fitted them on my range Rover, but i have been considering it, because as far as i can tell the windows wont close automatically with the rain sensor if i left it at work with them open slightly. So i'm following this thread with interest.

I've had the Climair wind deflectors fitted fitted to my car for the past four years without any problems at all. I find them very useful particularly as I can leave the car with the windows cracked open summer and winter to ventilate the car.
Surprisingly I've never had the alarm go off when the car is left like this.
I would recommend them to anyone, really can't see a downside to them. Thumbs Up

You drop the windows and the deflectors clip into the window channel, no adhesives. You then drive the windows up and down a few times to bed them in. I've always used a bit of silicon lubricant on the edges that fit into the window channels to help things settle down initially.
You do need a bit of nerve to fit them as they have to be bent to initially to get them into the window channel.
I've fitted quite a few over the years and never cracked one yet though.

I have recently fitted Heko deflectors. They have sticky pads and clips but I only used the clips and they only take a few minutes to fit.

I don't know if they make a great deal of difference when moving but I can leave the windows open a crack when parked up.
