Good viewing, I like it. Its a little bit predictable, but hey so are a lot of programmes.

It's a great show. Love the way edd lifts the bonnet and kids on he doesn't know what it might be but really he does !

To me it's a good source of good info. There are many similar programmes that show a typical pair of geezers buying a jalopy and tearing it down and fixing it up in about a week! Then there are the overhauling staged thefts etc, and pranks to cars' victim etc. There are always staged disasters, running out of time challenges, bad suppliers etc, and employee walk outs and all. but they always finish it for their client. Just in time....You have to go with the cheese, and then gaze at the finished article at the end, sometimes for not long enough! And they never list the companies they use to supply/use/service any parts etc.

The health & safety realisation makes me cringe when i look back at VERY old episodes and there;s Edd paint spraying some old junker with the workshop doors closed and no ppe/mask or grinding without eye, ear or hand protection |
