It tells you how to enable it in the Owners manual - on 2010MY cars it's an option to enable / disable it in the dashboard menu. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes |

The RRS automatically unlocks too. whereas the FFRR doesn't, even when the dealer enables the auto lock. |

I know and 2010MY don't auto unlock either, as my passengers usually find out, so i have disabled it unless I am driving in town at night! 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes |

I had my 09 (58 Reg) TDV8 programmed by the dealer to AutoLock. All the doors lock as soon as you move off. Can be a PITA when you get to the fuel station or want to get the dog out of the back as you must remember to press the button before you get out. Otherwise, you have to reach back in to the drivers area when you find that you can't open the fuel flap or open the tailgate......... The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |

Only unlocks and opens the door whose handle you are pulling - doesn't unlock everything else. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |
