Hi guys i attempted to replace the lcd pixel ribbon on my daughters L322 Td6 today and when pulling the rev counter needle up it pulled the spring and snapped
Is there any way to get a replacement rev counter unit or will i have to buy a second hand binnacle if so do i need to have it reprogrammed
any help appreciated or someone selling a binnacle would be nice

Think it's one piece, try one of the pixel repair services offered on ebay, they maybe able to fix it for you..

A second hand one will work but may show the wrong mileage and a marker to indicate that, they can be reprogrammed but I would think it would be cheaper to get yours repaired if possible...

Thanks for your reply i do know that the RPM and Speedo are just four solder points and they come out but if i can't get it repaired and need a replacement do i need the same number YAC002360PVA or can i use another unit or if the numbers don't match will it then require to be programmed

Don't think anyone on here will know that sort of info, I have read somewhere that if you remove the needles you need some special equipment to recalibrate them... could be rubbish though...!! Pete

Hi i have managed to get a new pixel repair kit with the lcd and 2 new step motors for the speedo and rev counter from a company called AK speedo in Stirling £97 delivered thanks for your info
