It doesn't look like a "hack" rather someone who has authorised access to control the car using an "app". and I thought the Jeeps were all american, anyway not got that level of computer control on my old beast. Geoff |

No what I'm saying is a couple of hackers have shown how you can take control of someone else's car via the infotainment system and then steer brake and accelerate the car , they used Jeeps but just about any modern car that is internet connected is possible , something like this can only make it easier . Someone els recently got into an Airbus's electronics via the AVOD unit in his seat and got control of one of the engines . Just to prove the point.
