That is the middle of the disc brake sir... Yes, they all do it eventually! |

If it's the bit you can see just inside the wheel where it bolts on, that is the disc brake, and yes they all rust after a while, you can take the wheels off, sand it down, treat it and respray it if you want....

I sprayed the disc bells on my mini with enamel. Halfords used to sell 'Plastikote' branded enamel, now they do their own brand.

Or do what I did and buy black diamond discs.. They won't rust |
