Buying tomorrow

Assuming she's not a complete dog, I'll be picking this up tomorrow - looking forward to being in the SC club again after the M62 4.4 shat its pants after the timing guides failed.

Just wondering if this belonged to anyone on here before?

Looks nice, just make sure you get it outside to have a good look at it, preferably in the sun... Pete

I already know she's not cosmetically perfect, but a re-con box a few thou ago gives me warm fuzzy feelings inside.

It's great to have a Green and a Black Oval on the drive again.

Yeh, reckon she needs a front and rear bumper and a bonnet respray to bring her up to my standard, but the interior is near mint which is a priority.

Still lust after a 5.0L sc but I reckon I will get this one to 200,000 miles first! Still going strong at 174,000 miles. Did a trip to Heathrow and back this week and got over 33mpg on lpg (cost per mile was 16.2p)

Ps the photo is actually one of Dan_uk_1984's from when I bought it off him. But it still looks good. Thumbs Up

I drove to Teignmouth yesterday and (assuming you live in Bude?!) I was keeping my eyes peeled for it on the M5!

I very much like the green (I used to have an Epsom P38) - Not seen very often, usually royal weddings and other major events.

Hope you like! Thumbs Up 2006 4.2 SC
