2012 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Java Black

Gear Selector surround - glare

Is it possible to change the gear selector surround and if so where can I get a different one and are they easy to change ?

I have the aluminium one and the glare from it when it's sunny is quite dangerous .
