I have recently made 3 Port tongs which are used to break the neck of the bottle if the cork disintegrates , which it normally does on vintage bottles. They are the same as the photo but currently don't have the wooden handles on just yet (on order). They are quite hard to come by as very few people make them and usually retail at £115+ a pair. There are some good videos on YouTube on how they work ( basically heat the end up and hold on bottle neck then wrap an ice cold cloth around the neck which makes it crack off cleanly)

I love port but unfortunately my budget doesn't stretch to vintage bottles
