2010 face lift conversion?

hi all

im looking to do a 2010 face lift conversion on my 2004 td6 vogue.

i have seen a lot of threads with guidance and what parts are needed etc.

however not to say doing a DIY.

does anyone know of or have any recommendations on companies that can do this for?
